If you're looking for someone who will love and care about your business nearly as much as you do, then I (Gigi, your design partner) am your gal!
I know how much strength and energy you've put into building your business and my main goal is to help you cut through the noise and get you the attention, recognition and growth you deserve. I'm sure you've realised by now that I'm not your typical designer. I fuel conversion and strategy into everything I do – and that's what makes my approach unique and different.
Next: What's the investment?
We love working with businesses of all shapes and sizes and that means we approach every project individually to meet your exact needs and goals.
On average, our clients' first project ranges between $ 8-20K+ based on the timeline, project scope, size of business and objectives.
To give you a custom Proposal, we like to jump on a quick, no-obligation Introductory Call to get to know you and your business better and ensure we're the right fit for each other.
Following that call, we'll put together a detailed Proposal that describes everything we discussed and different options on how we could partner up to reach your desired goals together ♥
Next: Payment plans
Absolutely!
After the initial 30% deposit is paid, our projects are split into monthly payments to spread the remaining balance. We do require the project to be paid off in full before completion and ownership transfer.
Next: Timeline
This will depend entirely on the scope of your project but typically a full brand and website project is ready for launch after 8-12 weeks.
However, please bear in mind that our calendar tends to get booked well in advance so we recommend getting in touch as soon as possible.
Next: Future Updates
Only if you want!
We always ensure you come out knowing your brand and your website inside out at the end of our project. We will provide you with training videos and a manual to show you how to manage, maintain and update your website, and how to use your visual brand elements to maintain a cohesive look & feel. However, we also love establishing long-term relationships with our clients, so we're always here for you when you feel stuck or need to make some major updates. You're family now!
Next: "I just need X"
If you're a new client, the services you see on our website are the only way to get started with us. We only offer "A La Carte" design services for existing clients.
If you're not sure what you need to get started, you can always drop us a message and we will get back to you.
Next: Website platform
We primarily build websites on Showit. It's an amazing platform that allows to build one-of-a-kind, mobile-friendly websites while also being incredibly user-friendly in the backend. It offers great design flexibility with the power of Wordpress for your blogging and can be used as an e-commerce or membership platform too, using third-party plugins.
However, we know that every business is different so we always ensure that we choose the best platform based on your business goals. We also work with developers for more complex projects that require some heavy lifting.
Next: Get started
This will entirely depend on the project type as well as our current availability. We only take a handful of projects per year, because we like to focus on each of our clients individually and are usually booked out 1-3 months in advance.
Therefore, if you're interested in working together, we would recommend enquiring as soon as possible to reserve your spot in the calendar.
