Scenario 1: A lead sends you an enquiry and it’s a good fit
Send this email when someone enquires about your services and you believe you’d be a good fit for each other!
Hi [NAME],
Thank you for filling out my Client Application! Your project sounds really interesting and I’d love to jump on a quick [CHAT/PHONE CALL/VIDEO CHAT/ETC.] with you to get to know each other better, discuss your project in more depth and see if we’d be a good fit for each other!

Scenario 2: A lead sends you an enquiry and it’s not a good fit
Send this email when someone enquires about your services but you feel like you wouldn’t be a good fit for each other.
Hi [NAME],
Thank you for filling out my Client Application. After reviewing your enquiry, I’m afraid I don’t think I’m the right fit for your project.
Based on what you’re looking for, here are a couple of [EXPERTS/DESIGNERS/RESOURCES/ETC.] that I [WOULD RECOMMEND / THINK WOULD BE BETTER SUITED]:

Scenario 3: A lead hasn’t booked a discovery call
Send this if a lead hasn’t booked a discovery call 48 hours after you sent them the link.

Just checking in to ensure you received my last email with the link to book a free Discovery Consultation. I’m so happy you’re considering working with me and I’d love to have a chat to learn more about your project and ensure we’re a good fit for each other.

Scenario 5: Follow up after a negative discovery call
Send this after your Discovery Call if it was unsuccessful and you think you won’t be a good fit for each other
